titleOfInvention | Method for preparing L-arabinose in bioreactor containing immobilized enzymes alpha-el-arabinofuranosidase and endo-1,5-alpha-el-arabinanease |
abstract | The present invention relates to a method for preparing arabinose from the immobilized enzyme alpha-el-arabinofuranosidase and semifibrillary arabinane using the enzyme, and more particularly, to a cardicellulose syrup saccharolaetiticus DSM 8903 (Caldicellulosiruptor alpha-L-arabinofuranosidase and endo-1,5-alpha-L-arabinanese (endo-1,5-α-L-) derived from the bacterium saccharolyticus DSM 8903) The present invention relates to a method for producing el-arabinose in high yield by immobilizing arabinanase on an immobilized carrier Duoolite A568 and reacting with sugarbit arabinane in a bioreactor, and a composition for producing the same. According to the present invention, immobilized recombinant alpha-L-arabinofuranosidase and endo-1,5-alpha-el-arabinanease derived from cardicellulose syrup sakaroratytis using a bioreactor. It is environmentally friendly to produce L-arabinose, a functional monosaccharide. |
