titleOfInvention | Phosphor and its manufacturing method |
abstract | Phosphor according to an embodiment of the present invention has the following formula (1): [Formula 1] Sr y Si (6-z) Al z O z N (8-z) : Re x Where x, y and z are 0.005 ≦ x ≦ 0.05, 0.05 ≦ y ≦ 0.5, 0.001 ≦ z ≦ 0.50, and Re is a rare earth element. Therefore, in the phosphor according to an embodiment of the present invention, when the concentration of strontium is 0.05 mol to 0.5 mol, it may exhibit a short wavelength of 525 nm to 537 nm. In addition, when the concentration of aluminum is high, barium may be added in a range of 0.003 mol to 0.125 mol to exhibit short wavelengths of 525 nm to 537 nm. In addition, when the concentration of aluminum is high, Al 2 O 3 as well as AlN as an aluminum precursor may be added to control the concentration of oxygen to exhibit a short wavelength of 525 nm to 537 nm. As a result, since the phosphor according to the embodiment of the present invention may exhibit a short wavelength of 525 nm to 537 nm, color reproducibility and color rendering index may be prevented from falling. |
