titleOfInvention | Non-metallocene catalyst supported on magnesium compound and preparation method thereof |
abstract | The present invention provides an in - situ supporting process to directly contact a catalytically active metal compound with a non-metallocene ligand-containing magnesium compound, or to provide a catalytically active metal-containing non-metallocene ligand. Magnesium compound-supported non-metallocene catalysts prepared by direct contact with magnesium compounds. The method is simple and flexible. In this process, there are a number of variables in the correspondence for the adjustment of the polymerization activity of the catalyst, and the room for adjusting the catalyst load or the catalyst polymerization activity is wide. The magnesium compound-supported non-metallocene catalyst according to the present invention can be used for olefin homopolymerization / copolymerization, and can achieve relatively high polymerization activity even when used in combination with a relatively smaller amount of cocatalyst. In addition, the polymer products obtained with these catalysts boast high bulk density and adjustable molecular weight distribution. |
