abstract A transparent conductive substrate and a method of manufacturing the same are disclosed. According to the present invention, a base substrate capable of transmitting light is prepared, a transparent conductive layer is formed on a first surface of the base substrate, and a plurality of protrusion structures and an antireflection structure are formed on a second surface of the base substrate. There is provided a transparent conductive substrate and a method of manufacturing the same to form an antireflection layer.
