titleOfInvention | Highly transparent 1,4-cyclohexanedimethanol copolymerized polyester resin and preparation method thereof |
abstract | The present invention relates to a polyester resin copolymerized with 1,4-cyclohexanedimethanol having improved transparency, and a method for preparing the same, and a polyester resin containing 10 to 90 mol% of 1,4-cyclohexanedimethanol in a diol component. In the case of controlling the conditions and time of the ester process and the polycondensation process and minimizing the amount of colorant, the resin was made into 4 mm thick specimens, and when the combat rate was measured by ASTM D1003, the combat rate was 90.0% or more. A polyester resin and its manufacturing method are related.n n n The transparency of the polyester resin copolymerized with 1,4-cyclohexanedimethanol and ethylene glycol showed a value of less than 90.0%. However, the transparency of the polyester prepared according to the present invention becomes 90.0% or more. And aesthetics are excellent, so there is an advantage that the commerciality is greatly increased.n n n In addition, as it can be used for optical applications requiring high transparency, it can be expected to expand the use by replacing other competitive resins.n n n Transparency, high transparency, 1,4-cyclohexanedimethanol, ethylene glycol, terephthalic acid, copolyester |
