titleOfInvention | Method for preparing stable crosslinked polymeric spherical particles with controlled size through surface activation method |
abstract | The present invention relates to a method for producing a stable cross-linked polymer spherical particles through the surface activation method using polymer particles, and more specifically, (a) a weight average molecular weight through polymerization after adding a radical polymerizable monomer and an initiator to a solvent. Preparing linear polymer particles in the range of 10,000 to 150,000 g / mol; (b) dispersing the linear polymer particles in a poor solvent and then heating and dissolving the linear polymer particles to obtain a polymer solution; (c) injecting the crosslinked particles into the polymer solution and cooling them to activate the surface of the crosslinked particles as a linear polymer; (d) preparing a crosslinked polymer spherical particle having a target particle size through seed polymerization after injecting the surface-activated crosslinked particle of step (c) with an unsaturated vinyl monomer, a crosslinking agent and an initiator into a solvent; And (e) washing and drying the crosslinked polymer spherical particles to form a powder. The manufacturing method according to the present invention has the advantage of solving the problem that the size of the cross-linked particles previously obtained as a technique for adjusting the size of the cross-linked particles through the growth of the cross-linked particles can not control the size. In addition, there is an advantage that it is easy to introduce a functional group on the surface of the crosslinked particles in that the activation layer of the crosslinked particles can be adjusted according to the cooling rate. |
