titleOfInvention Microcapsules containing phase change material and preparation method thereof
abstract The present invention relates to a method for preparing a microcapsule containing a phase change material, comprising: preparing a dispersed phase solution including a phase change material, an inorganic precursor, and a co-agent; Preparing a continuous phase solution comprising water and a surfactant; Injecting the dispersed phase solution into the continuous phase solution through a porous membrane to produce monodisperse droplets; And it provides a method for producing a microcapsule containing a phase change material comprising the step of encapsulating a phase change material by polymerization of the inorganic precursor. When the microcapsules are manufactured by the method for preparing a microcapsule containing the phase change material of the present invention, it is possible to prepare monodispersible microcapsules, and the manufacturing process is simple and the capsules are formed according to the size of the micropores of the porous membrane. The size can be easily controlled and the encapsulation efficiency is very high. The microcapsules prepared by the method for preparing a microcapsule containing the phase change material of the present invention have an inorganic shell, and thus have excellent thermal stability and mechanical strength, and can be used in combination with other inorganic materials to provide excellent compatibility. The monodisperse microcapsule containing the phase change material can be obtained, and thus it is very useful as an electronic material, an optical material, a sensor, a film, and a printing material because it is easy to arrange and pattern not only interior and exterior materials and fibers of a building.
