abstract An object of this invention is to provide the measuring method which suppresses the influence by the Ht value of a red blood cell containing sample, and measures the target component in it with outstanding reliability. The measuring method of the present invention, first, prior to the measurement, provides a relationship between the quantity of the target component and a plurality of signals accordingly. And a biosensor acquires several signals derived from the target component in a red blood cell containing sample. With reference to the said relationship, the quantity of the target component in the said sample is calculated | required based on the said acquired several signal.
