In addition, the present invention also provides a method for detecting disease and chemical resistance of plants using the gene. According to the present invention described above, it is possible to provide a genetic material for labeling the resistance reaction of plant pathogens and molecular breeding of disease-resistant plants, and to adjust the content of xyloglucan in the plant body and promote plant growth.
