abstract |
The present invention comprises the steps of (A) transferring a part or all of the culture medium to the gas bubble generator in the anaerobic incubator containing the culture medium containing hydrogen-producing anaerobic microorganisms; (B) generating carbon monoxide gas bubbles in the culture medium transferred to a gas bubble generator; (C) returning the culture solution in which the carbon monoxide gas bubble is generated from the gas bubble generator to the anaerobic incubator; And (D) capturing hydrogen gas produced by the hydrogen-producing anaerobic microorganism using carbon monoxide, and providing a method for producing a hydrogen using the anaerobic microorganism and a device usable in the production method.
