titleOfInvention Japonica rice system suitable for dry milling, Namsil (SA) -flo2 and food composition containing the same as an active ingredient
abstract The present invention relates to Namil (SA) -flo2 which is a low grain hardness and suitable for dry milling (Oyza sativa L. sp. Japonica), Namil (SA) -flo2, and a food composition using the same. More specifically, the grain hardness is 2257 to 4237 g. Namil (SA) -flo2, a strain of Oryza sativa L. sp. Japonica, and a method of producing rice grain seed having a low grain hardness using the rice plant as a mating parent, seed produced by the production method It relates to a food composition containing the tissue culture of the rice plant and the rice plant or its seeds as an active ingredient. The plant of the present invention can be produced in a high quality rice flour at low cost because the endosperm is flour (floury) is suitable for dry milling low grain hardness. The method of the present invention is effective in producing rice seeds suitable for dry milling with low grain hardness. The composition of the present invention can be effectively used to produce low-cost, high-quality rice flour as an active ingredient to produce rice flour products with excellent texture.
