titleOfInvention | Adipocyte modified differentiation agent comprising interleukin 17A and method of regulating differentiation of myoblasts into adipocytes by interleukin 17A |
abstract | The present invention relates to a fat cell modified differentiator comprising interleukin-17A and a method for regulating transformed differentiation of myoblasts into adipocytes by interleukin IL-17A. Interleukin-17A (IL-17A) receptors are expressed in myoblasts, and IL-17A treatment in the myoblasts leads to the expression of the PPAR-γ gene in myoblasts, thus promoting the differentiation of myoblasts into adipocytes. In this way, the differentiation of myogenic cells into adipocytes can be controlled. |
