abstract | The present invention relates to a novel acyl indium derivative and a preparation method thereof. The present invention also relates to a novel process for preparing ketone derivatives by cross-coupling reactions of novel acyl indium derivatives with various electrophilic compounds. Acyl indium derivative of the present invention is used as a very important functional group in organic chemistry and may be used as a raw material or an intermediate material in the synthesis of ketone compounds which are useful for the synthesis of pharmaceuticals and natural products. Therefore, it can help to create and develop compounds with high biological activity including new drug development. In addition, the method for preparing a ketone derivative according to the present invention is a nucleophile using an acyl indium derivative and introduced into a cross-coupling reaction through reaction with various electrophiles, and thus high purity and yield with a simple process and a short reaction time. It has the advantage of being able to prepare symmetric or asymmetric ketone derivatives. |
