titleOfInvention | Water-soluble conjugated polymer compounds for chemical sensors and biosensors, preparation methods thereof, and fluorescent cyanide ion sensors |
abstract | The present invention relates to a water-soluble conjugated polymer compound for chemical sensors and biosensors having a property of dissolving in water by the introduction of a sulfonate or ammonium salt ionic group, and a method of preparing the same. The present invention relates to a water-soluble conjugated polymer compound having a receptor capable of reacting with cyanide and used as a chemical sensor and a biosensor, and a method for preparing the same. The water-soluble conjugated polymer compound according to the present invention is a chemical sensor material obtained by introducing a receptor capable of selectively reacting with a specific chemical, particularly cyanide, in the main chain, and thus it is possible to qualitatively analyze cyanide ions. Diagnostics, medical research, clinical trials, and chemical analysis can be widely used. |
