abstract | The present invention provides a black ink composition. The first embodiment contains a water-soluble longwave dye L and a water-soluble shortwave dye S, wherein the water-soluble shortwave dye S is a black ink composition having three or more azo groups per molecule and having a naphthalene skeleton. 2nd Embodiment is the water solubility that the maximum absorption spectrum in the aqueous solvent is 440-540 nm, the half value width is 90-200 nm, and the maximum absorption spectrum in the aqueous solvent is 550-700 nm, and the half value width is 100 nm or more. It is a black ink composition containing long-wave dye L. The third embodiment contains water, a water miscible organic solvent, and a coloring material, and C.I. Direct Red 84 is a black ink composition contained as the water-soluble shortwave dye S. |
