The present invention relates to a method of expressing a root gene in a specific manner by using the method, a transgenic plant in which the foreign gene produced by the method is expressed in a specific way, and a primer set for amplifying the promoter.n n n According to the present invention, a CaMV 35S promoter derived from Cauliflower mosaic virus, which is widely used in the past, may express the gene introduced in a transgenic plant in a specific manner compared to inducing the expression of a foreign gene in all tissues.
