abstract The present invention relates to mesophilic modified asphalt mixtures used for road paving and mesophilic modified asphalt additives used in the construction or repair of roads, and more specifically, 35 to 77.9% by weight of viscosity modifiers, 10 to 40% by weight of polyols or polyamines. It is about a moderate temperature modified asphalt additive and an asphalt concrete mixture using the isocyanate compound 10-35% by weight, the reaction catalyst 0.1-2% by weight and the compatibilizer 0.2-3% by weight. According to the present invention, the mixing temperature and the installation temperature are low, thereby suppressing fumes and odors caused by the vapor of asphalt, reducing fuel consumption, and reducing the emission of pollutants such as carbon dioxide, sulfur, and nitrogen oxides.
