abstract The present invention relates to a method for simultaneously detecting typing and amantadine resistant variants of H3N2 / H1N1 type of influenza A virus using a single base extension reaction, and a single base extension kit used in the method. The method of the present invention not only enables the typing and detection of amantadine resistant variants of influenza A virus at the same time with very high accuracy and sensitivity, but also allows for rapid and large-scale analysis of large numbers of virus samples. There is a big advantage.
