titleOfInvention How to determine the haplotype of a large number of alleles
abstract In amplifying a site comprising two alleles, the polymorphism of one allele of the allele is located at or near the 3 'end of one amplification primer, thereby matching the variant nucleotide (s). The chain is stretched only from one of the two primers, the primer to match the primer and the wild type nucleotide (s). The other primer is not affected by the allele, but is positioned to include the other allele in the amplification product. Only the target genomic DNA with one specific allele of the first allele is PCR amplified. This technique takes advantage of the fact that the haplotypes of the first and second alleles can be determined if alleles of the second allele in the amplification product can be identified. Probes that design probes with complementary sequences that identify two alleles (major / minor) of a second allele, fix the probe set on a solid support, and hybridize them with amplification products to form hybrids It is a feature of the present invention to identify.
