titleOfInvention | Manufacturing method of shoe outsole with double inner sole and outsole by the manufacturing method |
abstract | The present invention relates to an outsole that is the sole of a shoe, and more particularly, a main material obtained by mixing MDI (4.4-diphenylmethane Diisocyanate) and a polyester polyol, and a polyester polyol. A mixture comprising a foam stabilizer, a foaming agent, and a catalyst is prepared, and the main material and the mixed material are mixed and stirred at a weight ratio of 100: 55, and then foam-molded in a mold to produce an inner sole, and the inner sole is placed therein. By manufacturing the outer sole in the mold to be exposed to the surface of the outer sole by forming a double foamed outsole,n n n Soft bendability and excellent shock absorption provide excellent fit and walking stability, and the improved elasticity outsole effectively reduces foot fatigue or shock transmitted to the ankles and knees when the shoes are worn. Has the effect of greatly improving the wear resistance to extend the service life. |
