titleOfInvention | 4-1-1ligand (4-1-1LL) oligomers and uses thereof |
abstract | The present invention relates to a 4-1BB ligand (4-1BBL) oligomer, and more particularly, comprises a 4-1BB ligand (4-1BBL) linked to a cartilage oligomeric matrix protein (COM), and a 4-1BB ligand. (4-1BBL) relates to a 4-1BB ligand (4-1BBL) oligomer in which the oligomer is formed by COMP. The 4-1BB ligand (4-1BBL) oligomer of the present invention can be used for binding and proliferation of antigen-specific CD8 + T cells and for increasing and increasing the activity of T cells by binding to 4-1BB receptors of T cells. In addition, the mass-produced antigen-specific CD8 + T cells are antigen-specific CD8 + T cell activating compositions comprising an antiviral composition, an anti-tumor composition, and an anti-autoimmune disease composition as a therapeutic agent for various viral infections, cancer diseases and autoimmune diseases.
