CONSTITUTION: A bookshelf with improved strength and antibacterial property is manufactured as follows. An antimicrobial agent, tourmaline, talc, and powder of titania photocatalyst are mixed at the rate of 1 : 0.1-1 : 0.1-1 : 0.1-1. The mixture 0.01-15 weight% and thermosetting resin powder 85-99.99 weight% are mixed. The raw material mixture is manufactured in a fiber phase and is hardened by heat and carbon fiber is manufactured under inactive atmosphere. Dough is prepared by mixing dried wood dust 60-70 weight%, thermoplastic resin 20-30 weight%, carbon fiber 1-5 weight%, kaolin powder 2-3 weight%, additive 3-5 weight% at 80-300 deg.C. A bookshelf is formed by extruding the dough and is dried. |
