titleOfInvention | Bacterial Detection Apparatus, Bacterial Detection Methods and Bacterial Detection Kits |
abstract | The present invention provides a bacteria detection mechanism, a bacteria detection method, and a bacteria detection kit that can quickly and accurately determine bacteria mixed in a test sample with a simple operation. The bacterium detection apparatus according to the present invention is a microarray-type instrument in which an oligonucleotide based on a nucleotide sequence specific to a species or genera belonging to a target bacterium is immobilized on a surface of a substrate. By establishing the hybridization between the probe prepared from the test sample and the oligonucleotide immobilized on the surface of the substrate, bacteria in the test sample can be detected and identified easily, quickly and accurately. |
