The method for producing environmentally friendly vegetable base oils for space spray antiseptic disinfectant according to the present invention includes a raw material mixing step of mixing vegetable glycerin with biodiesel or vegetable oil, and a mixture of the raw material mixing step and a homogeneous mixture of water in a homomixer. It comprises a homogeneous mixing step.
