titleOfInvention Dye-sensitized solar cell module and its manufacturing method
abstract A dye-sensitized solar cell composed of the first conductive layer 11, the porous semiconductor layers 12 and 13 including an electrolyte therein, and the second conductive layer 15 is provided between the substrate 10 and the back plate 17. In the dye-sensitized solar cell module 20 arranged in parallel, one end of the second conductive layer 15 is a dye-sensitized solar cell adjacent to the dye-sensitized solar cell 20a to which the second conductive layer 15 belongs. A portion mounted on the porous semiconductor layers 12 and 13 of the second conductive layer 15 while being electrically connected by being fixed to the first conductive layer 11 of 20b is the corresponding porous semiconductor layer 12. , (13) and the dye-sensitized solar cell module 20, characterized in that the non-junction to the back plate (17). Advantageous Effects of Invention According to the present invention, it is possible to suppress a decrease in durability of a film which becomes a counter electrode against thermal expansion and contraction of each layer due to thermal history, bending and deformation of a substrate, and the like in a dye-sensitized solar cell module. n n Solar cell
