titleOfInvention | Expression construct manufacturing method showing the desired protein expression pattern and target protein expression control method |
abstract | The present invention relates to a method for producing an expression construct showing a protein expression pattern of interest and a method for controlling protein expression of interest. The present invention has the advantage that it is possible to efficiently mass-produce a protein while minimizing the effect on the growth or survival of cells by finely controlling the expression of the target protein. In the present invention, the promoter inserted into the vector is not a synthesized promoter or a modified promoter, but because the natural promoter is inserted, it is possible to control the expression time or environment of the host cell. In addition, the present invention can be usefully used for efficient production of a desired substance by finely controlling the expression of enzymes involved in metabolism of a specific substance. |
