abstract | A microrefractometer using defocusing imaging is disclosed. More specifically, the present invention provides a target in which a microfluid to be measured and a reference fluid having a refractive index known in advance are positioned, an objective lens that is emitted from a light source and receives light passing through the target, and an optical path of light incident on the objective lens. And a camera provided for capturing an out-of-focus image formed on the image plane of the refractometer by a plurality of pinholes formed to branch the light and the light passing through the aperture. |
