titleOfInvention | Process for preparing diacid / diamine salt solution |
abstract | The present invention relates to a process for preparing salt solutions of diacids and diamines for the production of polyamides.n n n In particular, the present invention relates to a process for the preparation of concentrates of hexamethylene diammonium adipate salts, used as starting materials for the production of polyamides, in particular PA66, also called nylon salts. The process for preparing an aqueous solution of diacid and diamine salt obtained by mixing diacid and diamine having a salt concentration of 50% by weight to 80% by weight comprises one step of preparing an aqueous solution of diacid and diamine having a diacid / diamine molar ratio of greater than 1.1, and The diacid / diamine molar ratio is adjusted to a value of 0.9 to 1.1, preferably 0.99 to 1.01 by adding diamine, and optionally a second step of fixing the concentration of salts by weight by adding water. |
