abstract The present invention provides a polyester resin comprising a structural unit of a fluorene group skeleton and a film for a semiconductor package substrate prepared therefrom. Since the film for semiconductor package substrates according to the present invention has low anisotropy, excellent heat resistance and improved solubility in organic solvents, it can be usefully used as a material of a multilayer circuit board for highly integrated semiconductor packages.
