abstract | The biosensor of the present invention is a biosensor for measuring glucose in a liquid sample, wherein the biosensor contains at least a molecule in a reagent layer containing glucose dehydrogenase as a coenzyme of flavin adenine dinucleotide, which is provided on an insulating substrate. Organic acids or organic acid salts with one carboxyl group, organic acids or organic acid salts with one or more amino or carbonyl groups in the molecule, any of sugar alcohols, or solubilized proteins, or additives in combination thereof were added.n n n By doing in this way, substrate specificity and storage stability with respect to glucose can be improved, and the effect on sugars other than glucose can be avoided. |
