abstract The present invention relates to a composition for anisotropic conductive films, and more particularly, to a polyhedral oligomeric silsesquioxane (POSS) -containing compound or a (poly) silsesquioxane derivative imparting reactivity to (poly) silsesquioxane as one component of the composition. By including the excellent fluidity of the entire composition system and excellent initial adhesion to a variety of substrates and to prevent the lifting phenomenon for a variety of adhesives such as zinc copper, polyimide during long time operation under high temperature / high humidity and thermal shock conditions to maintain the initial appearance.
