By including the excellent fluidity of the entire composition system and excellent initial adhesion to a variety of substrates and to prevent the lifting phenomenon for a variety of adhesives such as zinc copper, polyimide during long time operation under high temperature / high humidity and thermal shock conditions to maintain the initial appearance.
