abstract A method for recovering valuable metals from an oxide scrap by recovering scrap of the cathode as a metal or a suboxide by using an insoluble electrode as an anode and electrolytically using an oxide scrap as a cathode. For example, the present invention provides a method for efficiently recovering valuable metals from an oxide scrap such as a sputtering target made of indium-tin oxide (ITO) or a single material generated during production.
