Provided are a protective coating on the surface of a triple layer concrete structure containing carbon nanotubes and a phase transfer material, and a method of constructing the same. This protective coating is a waterproof layer, a layer containing modified epoxy resin, adhesion-enhancing cement and carbon nanotubes, and a stone texture layer, and includes a modified acrylic emulsion, a filler, diatomaceous earth, titanium dioxide, water and an inorganic pigment. It is a layer for increasing the degree of durability and durability, and comprises a triple layer of a top coat comprising a ceramic resin, cellulose butyrate acetate and a phase transfer material. In one preferred embodiment, the protective coating may further comprise a cross-sectional repair layer, usually with portland cement and alumina cement, silica sand, fillers, carbon nanotubes, fibers, reemulsifying resins and fluidizing agents between the surface of the concrete structure and the undercoat. . This protective coating can be mechanized and can be formed by applying a standard protective coating method. |
