titleOfInvention | Silicon Coating Composition for LC and Semiconductor Device Protection |
abstract | Silicone coating composition of the present invention is a composition comprising a silicone polymer having a trialkoxy group at the terminal, a silicone polymer having an alkyl group at the terminal, a curing catalyst, silica and a coupling agent, the silicone polymer having a trialkoxy group at the terminal has a viscosity of 5.0 ~ It is 100,000 cSt, and contains the low viscosity silicone polymer which has a trialkoxy group at the terminal, and two or more types of high viscosity silicone polymers from which a viscosity differs. The silicone coating composition according to the present invention can control the self-smoothness and thixotropic properties of the coating by changing the flowability according to the difference in crosslinking density. Therefore, the composition of the present invention can be used as the insulating protective coating of the metal thin film layer and the insulating thin film layer and the connection portion of the liquid crystal display, the plasma display, the organic light emitting display and the semiconductor device manufactured by the ultra fine pattern rule to be applied in future. Furthermore, it is possible to provide a silicone coating composition suitable for a specific site by changing the type, viscosity, curing time and crosslinking density of the polymer. |
