titleOfInvention | Immobilization and pattern formation of nanomaterials on the surface of polymer materials using radiation |
abstract | The present invention relates to a method of immobilizing and patterning nanomaterials, such as metals and metal oxides, on a surface of a polymer using radiation, More particularly, the present invention relates to a method of immobilizing nanomaterials by selectively irradiating a surface of a polymer with radiation such as ion beams, electron beams, and the like, and a method of forming a nanomaterial pattern using the same. According to the present invention, various nanomaterials can be immobilized and patterned at room temperature on a flexible polymer substrate, and can be usefully used in many fields such as radio frequency identifiers, biosensors, optics, catalysts, semiconductors, and solar cells. |
