abstract | The present invention relates to a PDP electrode forming paste, a method for producing the PDP electrode using the paste, and a PDP comprising the electrode. The paste contains an aluminum liquid composition comprising aluminum particles and a surface treating agent. The aluminum particles have an average particle size of at least about 5 μm or less. The surface treating agent has a property of remaining on the surface of the aluminum particles at a firing temperature of at least about 550 ° C. or more. An electrode made from such a paste can form a minimum required resistivity for forming a PDP having a reliability of 90% or more to 20 mu OMEGA -cm or less. |
