The present invention uses an inorganic semiconductor as a light absorber instead of a dye based on the structure of a dye-sensitized solar cell (DSSC), and instead of a liquid electrolyte, a hole-conducting polymer, particularly a hole-conducting polymer having a bundle of bi-thiophene. It provides a solar cell or a manufacturing method thereof. The solar cell of the present invention minimizes the disadvantages of existing dye-sensitized solar cells and organic solar cells, absorbs sunlight in a wider wavelength range, has high efficiency, excellent stability, low cost raw materials, and a relaxed process. It has the advantage of being able to mass produce under conditions. |
