titleOfInvention | Non-aqueous electrolyte additive and secondary battery using same |
abstract | The present invention (a) electrolyte salt; (b) an electrolyte solvent; And (c) a compound that oxidizes above the operating voltage of the anode to generate heat, wherein the compound can promote gas generation due to decomposition or evaporation of the electrolyte component through heat of oxidation. An electrolyte solution for secondary batteries, characterized in that; And it relates to a secondary battery having the electrolyte solution.n n n The present invention also relates to an internal pressure increase accelerator for a battery containing a compound that generates heat of oxidation that can trigger gas generation due to decomposition or vaporization of electrolyte components above the anode operating voltage.n n n According to the present invention, a compound that generates heat by being oxidized above the normal operating voltage of the anode may be used as an electrolyte additive, so that gas may be generated by decomposition or vaporization of an electrolyte component through heat of oxidation of the compound. For this reason, the present invention can operate the safety means of the battery without using an internal pressure increasing material that oxidizes during overcharging and directly generates gas as an electrolyte additive, thereby improving safety of the secondary battery during overcharging. |
