abstract The present invention relates to a permeable liquid waterproofing agent comprising a silane-based sol-gel resin and an acrylic emulsion, and a method of manufacturing the same. The object of the present invention is to improve adhesion and permeability between the waterproofing layer and the mother, and to reduce the permeability ratio and the absorption ratio, thereby improving durability and water resistance. The present invention provides an excellent permeable liquid coating waterproofing agent and a method of manufacturing the same. The present invention is based on 100 parts by weight of acrylic emulsion, 30.52 ~ 41.65 parts by weight of dipropylene glycol, 20.42 ~ 29.87 parts by weight of ethanol, 45.69 ~ 61.01 parts by weight of distilled water, 71.36 ~ 92.28 parts by weight of epoxysilane, 7.59 ~ 9.43 parts by weight of isopropyl titanate Particularly, a penetration type waterproofing agent comprising a silane-based sol-gel resin and an acrylic emulsion in which a silane-based sol-gel resin composed of 3.31 to 4.62 parts by weight of tetraethoxy orthosilane and 5.08 to 6.77 parts by weight of methyltrimethoxysilane and a preparation thereof are prepared. The method is characterized by the invention.
