abstract The present invention relates to nanoparticles used as light emitters in electronic devices. It includes mixed nanoparticles formed with a coating material having a different refractive index on the surface of the nanoparticles that emit light directly. The coated nanoparticles of the present invention are coated on the surface of the nanoparticles with a material having a refractive index that is about half the refractive index of the matrix and that of the light emitting nanoparticles to a certain thickness, so that the light emitted from the nanoparticles is absorbed by the matrix. Since the degree of reflection and reabsorption by the nanoparticles can be suppressed, light can be effectively transmitted to the outside, thereby providing a light emitting body having excellent luminous efficiency and an electronic device using the same.n n n n Mixed nanoparticles, device refractive index, matrix, cohesive luminous efficiency
