abstract The present invention relates to a biosensor for quantitatively analyzing the presence and concentration of an analyte electrochemically, and to an analytical method and a disposable measuring sensor having a calibration curve superior to a conventional glucose measurement method. n In the biosensor according to the present invention, two calibration curves are obtained through current signals obtained by applying two constant potential signals to a disposable sensor by introducing two types of electron transfer redox pairs to a working electrode, and correcting them using mathematical calculations.
