titleOfInvention | Manufacturing method of crosslinked polymer electrolyte composite membrane by anhydrous electrolyte and polymer electrolyte fuel cell system using same |
abstract | The present invention is a manufacturing process having excellent hydrogen ion conductivity by impregnating a photopolymerized membrane containing a hydrophilic pretreated microporous polymer support membrane in a mixed solution containing anhydrous liquid monomer containing sulfonic acid, an acrylamide crosslinking agent and a photoinitiator. The present invention relates to a method for preparing a sulfonic acid-containing anhydrous liquid monomer-acrylamide crosslinked polymer electrolyte composite membrane capable of reducing the manufacturing cost and a polymer fuel cell using the same.n n n According to the present invention, 60 to 90 parts by weight of a high-concentration sulfonic acid-containing anhydrous liquid monomer containing 95% or more pure water, 10 to 40 parts by weight of acrylamide-based crosslinking agent, and 100 parts by weight of these mixed solutions are used. Provided is a polymer electrolyte composite membrane prepared by impregnating a hydrophilized pretreated porous polymer support in a mixed solution prepared by adding parts by weight, followed by irradiation with ultraviolet rays, and a fuel cell and a system manufactured using the same.n n n n Sulphonic anhydride-containing liquid monomer, acrylamide, pore filling membrane, fuel cell system |
