titleOfInvention Feed production method and apparatus for manufacturing same
abstract The present invention relates to a feed production method and a manufacturing apparatus thereof, comprising: a first step of introducing a fleshing raw material into a hopper; A second step of heating the fleshing raw material supplied to the heater from the hopper with high temperature steam to evaporate the water contained in the fleshing raw material with water vapor; A third step of filtering out relatively fine solids and oil from solids and oils of various sizes through the second step; A fourth step of separating the oil from the fine solids and oil filtered in the third step by centrifugation; A fifth step of compressing the solids not filtered out in the third step and the relatively fine solids separated in the fourth step together to extract oil contained in the solids; And a sixth step of grinding the solid matter extracted from the oil in the fifth step into a powder form. The flashing raw material, which is a by-product from livestock skin after soaking, was heated with steam to remove moisture, and then separated from solids and oil by centrifugation. The solids were pressed again and crushed to obtain protein and fat feed. By separating and manufacturing, it is possible to reduce unnecessary resource waste and to sterilize bacteria and the like parasitic in the flashing raw material.
