titleOfInvention | Anthocyanidins and anthocyanins made from Schisandra chinensis |
abstract | The present invention relates to a method for producing a pigment composition in which a single or two to four pigments are mixed using a Schizandra pigment. Dye mixture compositions are standard when analyzing anthocyanins and anthocyanidins of plant pigments and processed products by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) and thin membrane chromatography (TLC). Specifically, cyanidin-3-rutinroside (Cya-3-) was decomposed by cleaving cyanidin-3-O- (2G-0-xylosiluroside) (Cya-3-0-xylrut), a major anthocyanin of Schizandra chinensis. 0-rutinoside), cyanidin-3-glucoside (Cya-3-0-glucoside) and cyanidin (Cyanidin) to make a method and a standard pigment composition of a single or two to four kinds of pigments are mixed.n n n n Omiza, Cyanidin-3-O- (2G-0-xylosiluroside), Cya-3-0-xylrut, Cyanidin-3-glucoside, Cya-3-0-glucoside), Cyanidin-3 -Rutinoside, Cya-3-0-rutinoside, cyanidin, Cyanidin. |
