titleOfInvention Method and apparatus for filling containers with particulate matter
abstract The present invention provides a method and apparatus for filling a container having an internal volume with particulate material. The method comprises the steps of providing a container having a length, width and internal volume, providing a source of particulate material, filling at least a portion of the internal volume of the container with particulate material, and wherein the internal volume of the container is desired. Repeating the above steps until filled with a positive particulate material. While the container is filled with particulate material, the container is subjected to a vibratory movement or at least one tamping movement or discharge of static electricity generated when filling the container with particulate material. The apparatus generally includes at least one of a carrier assembly, a container and an actuating assembly, a vibrator assembly and an electrostatic discharge assembly.n n n n Container filling, particulate matter, injection density, electrostatic discharge, agitator
