titleOfInvention Air conditioner and heat radiating fin manufacturing method which increase heat exchange and antibacterial property
abstract The present invention relates to an air conditioner and a heat dissipation fin manufacturing method thereof having increased heat exchange and antimicrobial properties for maintaining or increasing the original heat dissipation function of the air conditioner and at the same time providing more antibacterial function, and more specifically, a heat dissipation fin. After the antimicrobial layer is formed on the substrate, the graphene heat dissipation layer is formed in the groove formed through the scratch process, so that the heat dissipation function and the antimicrobial function can be simultaneously satisfied as the antimicrobial layer and the graphene heat dissipation layer are laminated together on the heat dissipation fin base material. The present invention relates to an air conditioner and a heat dissipation fin manufacturing method having increased heat exchange and antibacterial properties. According to the present invention, in the air conditioner in which the suction part, the air mixing part, the heat exchange part, and the discharge part are arranged in the casing sequentially, the heat exchange part has a plurality of radiating fins perpendicular to the outer circumferential surface of the cooling coil and the heating coil. It is combined to guide the flow of air to the cooling coil and heating coil and to increase the heat exchange area, the heat dissipation fin is a substrate consisting of a metal plate or alloy plate, an antimicrobial layer applied on the substrate and the antimicrobial layer of A portion is made of a graphene heat dissipation layer laminated on the groove portion formed by being removed by the scratch process.
