titleOfInvention | Organophosphate Compound Hydrolase Variants and Methods for Producing the Same |
abstract | The present invention relates to an organophosphorus hydrolase (OPH) variant having increased organophosphate compound resolution and a method for preparing the same, and more particularly, to an organophosphate hydrolase selected through an aromatic molecular evolution technique. It relates to a variant, a method for producing the same and a biosensor for detecting an organic phosphate compound comprising the same.n n n The organophosphate compound hydrolase variant according to the present invention has an excellent hydrolytic activity of organophosphate compounds compared to the conventional OPH, and thus can be applied to environmental and biosensors such as the reaction to decompose organophosphate compounds and to detect organophosphate compounds. It can be used for various industrial purposes such as detection of residual pesticides.n n n n Organophosphate Hydrolase, Organophosphate Pesticide, Screening, Enzyme Improvement, Biosensor |
