titleOfInvention Soil Infection Diagnosis Method, Soil Infection Diagnosis Primer
abstract The present invention relates to a soil infection diagnostic method for detecting Cylindrocarpon destructans of plant roots present in the soil, and a primer for diagnosing soil infection to perform the same. Such a method for diagnosing soil infection includes extracting a first genomic DNA from root rot pathogen mycelia in a plant root, amplifying a fragment of the first genomic DNA using a primer, and a second genomic DNA from a microorganism in a soil sample. Extracting a fragment of the sample, amplifying the fragment of the second genomic DNA using the primers, and comparing the fragments of the amplified first and second genomic DNAs with each other, wherein the soil sample is added to the root rot fungal hyphae. Diagnosing whether it is infected. As such, it is possible to reduce the time and cost required for diagnosis and to increase the accuracy of the determination of infection, thereby reducing the risk and economic loss caused by root rot.
