titleOfInvention | Molybdenum Dioxide for Non-aqueous Secondary Battery and Manufacturing Method Thereof |
abstract | The present invention is to provide a molybdenum dioxide for a non-aqueous secondary battery having a high discharge capacity, excellent cycle characteristics and low explosion risk, and a method of manufacturing the same. According to the present invention, a carbon source is added to the aqueous organic acid salt solution containing molybdenum. The aqueous solution to which the carbon source was added is produced in microdroplets. The resulting microdroplets are heat treated in an inert or reducing atmosphere to obtain spherical molybdenum dioxide. At this time, the concentration of the aqueous solution containing molybdenum is 1 ~ 2M, the heat treatment temperature of the microdroplets is 500 ~ 700 ℃. The flow rate of the carrier gas, which forms the inert atmosphere or the reducing atmosphere and carries the microdroplets to the heat treatment furnace in which the heat treatment is performed on the microdroplets, is 0.1-0.5 L / min.n n n n Molybdenum, Oxide, Secondary Battery, Carbon, Cathode Active Material |
