abstract |
It enhances N-acetylglucosaminyl transferase III activity in cells with gag-pol and env genes derived from retroviruses. By producing a retroviral vector using the cells, a retroviral vector having a modified sugar chain structure can be obtained. Retroviral vectors prepared by this method show high infection efficiency, especially in the presence of functional substances. |
